INDUSTRIAL WASTES COMBUSTION METHOD Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F23D14/02

Abstract RU 2494311 C1

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: industrial wastes combustion method consists in supply of industrial wastes to a mixture of fuel, and mainly gas with air, and further combustion of formed mixture in a gas burner of an industrial wastes combustion device. The above method is characterised by the fact that a gas burner is provided with a cylindrical shell with shaped inlet and outlet. It is installed on a frame. Ignition and pilot-light burners are located in the shell outlet part. A spraying atomiser for spraying of liquid component, and mainly industrial wastes, is arranged inside the shell along its axis. Outlet part of the atomiser axial channel is shaped. A hollow toroid ring for supply of fuel gas is installed inside the shell opposite the outlet part of the atomiser coaxially or almost coaxially to it. On inner surface of the ring there are through channels connecting a cavity inside the above ring to atmosphere. In outlet part of the shell there installed are the main burners for supply of fuel gas with a common header. Burners are made in the form of hollow cylindrical shells, the inner cavity of which is connected to a fuel gas supply common header. Air supply channels are made in inlet part of shells of the above burners, and a spreader in the form of a star-like shaped figure is installed in the outlet part. Longitudinal axes of the above burners are inclined inside the shell. Industrial wastes are supplied to the liquid component spraying atomiser and to the atomiser outlet. Outlet part of the jet is shaped by supplying it through the outlet shaped part of the atomiser axial channel. After that, to the centre of the shaped jet of industrial wastes there supplied at an angle to the burner longitudinal axis is fuel gas in the form of discrete jets with speed velocity from the hollow toroid ring. Then, at the burner shell outlet the prepared mixture of liquid industrial wastes, fuel gas and air is burnt by supplying fuel gas to the jet centre from burners installed along the perimeter of outlet part of cylindrical shell and pre-ignited by means of pilot-light and ignition burners prior to supply of industrial wastes to the atomiser for spraying liquid component.

EFFECT: invention allows improving gas fuel combustion efficiency.
