FIELD: chemical engineering; capacitance filters with side discharge. SUBSTANCE: shut-off device has body where motion screw is mounted. Motion screw has two sections of thread of equal length and opposite direction at similar helix angle of turns; it is provided with two nuts which are articulated with shut-off member by means of rods. Motion screw is secured in bearing supports and is connected with drive made in form of electric motor with worm reduction gear. Vertical arm of L-shaped bracket is secured on upper portion of shut-off member. Horizontal arm of bracket has slot engageable with mating projection of body. Hinge connecting the shut-off member with rods is provided with additional link whose end has form of semicylinder engageable with cylindrical surface of cavity in shut-off member. Device is provided with limit switch engageable with one of nuts. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; possibility of automatic control of shut-off device. 2 cl, 5 dwg
