FIELD: dairy industry, particularly, production of preserves based on milk and with additive of vegetable origin. SUBSTANCE: product is prepared by introduction in milk of gas-and-liquid extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella hygrophila. Then mixture is prepared and it contains milk, prepared groats or potato, sugar, salt and sodium ascorbinate. The mixture is packed in sealed-off tare and sterilized in the process of vegetable component cooking. EFFECT: prolonged storage life of product with immunostimulating and radio-protective properties.
