Before filling agent milling its grain part is treated with an aqueous solution of substance of the general formula: R₁-(CH₂)_m-[NH_n-R_3-n]-X where m = 2-4; n = 1-3; R₁ - arachidoneamine; R - alkyl; X - an acid residue of inorganic acid at amount 0.5-10⁴ mg/t and kept for 2-5 h, not less.
