Before filling agent grinding and introduction of biologically active substances and antioxidant, grain part of premix is treated by aqueous solution of substances of general formula: R₁-(CH₂)_m-[NH_n-R_3-n] - X; where m = 2-4; N = 1-3; R₁ is jasmonamine; R is alkyl; X is acid residue of inorganic acid; in the amount of 0.5-10⁴ mg/t and aged for not more than 2-5 h.
