FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying antibacterial therapy on the background of immunomodulation achieved with intramuscular injection of NEOVIR preparation at a dose of 250 mg with 48 h pause between injections (treatment course has 5 injections). The antibacterial and immunomodulation therapy being over, gastroenteric tract and vagina microbiocenosis rehabilitation stage is started by administering bifidobacterin and intravaginal instillations of lactobacterin. EFFECT: reduced probability of chlamydia infection and ureaplasmatic infection; significant risk of viral infection; prevented perinatal complications.
