METHOD AND IMMERSIBLE GENERATOR FOR TREATMENT OF BOTTOM-HOLE ZONE OF WELL BED Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2147337 C1

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of gas and oil wells as well as water wells and can be used for treatment of bottom-hole zone of well bed with purpose of increasing productive output of wells together with increasing permeability of rock matter. According to method, lowered into well is immersible generator. Pulse treatment of perforation zone is effected by initiation of working agent of generator. Used in function of working agent is mixture of azide of alkali metal with metal oxide. In result of reaction between these materials, gaseous nitrogen is produced. Thus produced nitrogen is accumulated in generator body and at temperature of nitrogen equal to 550-700 C and pressure equal to 30.0-130.0 MPa it is delivered into perforation zone for treatment of perforation zone during period of time not exceeding one second. Immersible generator has body with nozzle holes and working agent initiation component installed in body of generator. Also installed inside generator body are piston and sleeve which are connected to each other by breaking member. Piston is installed with possibility of displacement. Piston in its initial position covers nozzle holes. Piston in its final position interacts with damping member. Sleeve is secured in body. Sleeve in its upper part and lower part has holes for passing of gaseous nitrogen. Sleeve is intended for accumulation of gaseous nitrogen. Application of method and device enhances efficiency of treating bottom-hole zone of well bed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
