SUBSTANCE: device contains a housing with a gas storage chamber and a solid fuel charge, as well as a valve. The valve contains a spool valve with a channel of small section, a saddle, a gas outlet and a hydrostatic chamber with through side holes, a control chamber, a compression spring and a safety shutter. The channel of small section connects gas accumulation and control chambers. The Spool valve spool is made in the form of a plate connected by means of a rod with a piston. The piston is spring-loaded by a compression spring located in the hydrostatic chamber, and its diameter is larger than the diameter of the plate. The piston separates the control and hydrostatic chambers and, when the preset pressure is reached, due to gases pressure in the control chamber, rapid movement of the plate and the opening of the valve is provided. After the release of gases, the compression spring closes the valve and the processes of accumulation and release of gases are repeated.
