FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: part feeding device has two vacuum grips positioned in parallel on frame. Each of them includes two adjacent main and auxiliary vacuum chambers. Operating surfaces of main vacuum chambers carry staggered nozzles positioned in several parallel rows. Space between two adjacent nozzles does not exceed sizes of fed part. Auxiliary vacuum chambers coupled permanently to vacuum source evacuate main chambers alternately in stage of feeding through coaxially combined coupling holes, thereby providing vacuum grips with alternate working strokes equal to part feeding step. The construction ensures reliable grip and feeding of flat parts on principle of step-type movement of vacuum grips with continuous displacement of part and enlarges functional capabilities when feeding of parts at any angle to horizon, including vertical feeding.
