FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inter-operation feeding of workpieces and it can be used in systems of automatic delivery of workpieces to production equipment. Proposed feeder contains vibrating chute, pneumatic drive installed on base and including power chamber connected with compressed air source and rows of nozzles arranged vertically to provide vertical travel of vibrating chute under action of compressed air flow, and nozzles connected with compressed air source installed coaxially and opposite to each other to provide alternate displacement of vibrating chute in horizontal direction. Pneumatic drive contains base-mounted delivery chambers in guide slots of which vibrating chute is installed, second power chamber connected with compressed air source and furnished with rows of nozzles installed vertically and designed to provide vertical travel of vibrating chute under action of air flow, pneumatic distributor made for alternate connection of coaxial opposite nozzles with compressed air source, and time delay element connected with pneumatic distributor and forming shift of phase of displacement of vibrating chute in vertical direction relative to its displacement in horizontal direction per one operating cycle of device. Power chambers are made in base and are connected with compressed air source by means of pneumatic distributor. Guides of delivery chambers have parallel rows of nozzles to form zone of excess pressure at horizontal travel of vibrating chute. Proposed invention provides new processing delivery system of workpieces at automatic cycle of operation of vibrating chute with pneumatic drive. EFFECT: increased speed of transportation of workpieces at inter-operation feeding and capacity of installation as a whole. 3 dwg
