FIELD: aeronautical engineering; vertical take-off and landing aircraft. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle includes axi-symmetrical round fuselage, cabin with controls kinematically linked with adjustment members, power fluid workings medium superchargers with air intake communicated with common circular chamber via flow cut-off device, slotted nozzles, landing gear and cargo compartment. Fuselage is made in form of multi-stage load-bearing truss and is formed by sector structures made in form of "n" radial pipe lines arranged in succession in vertical plane; each pipe line is communicated with horizontal pipe lines located in tandem along it at equidistance relative to each other; horizontal pipe lines are provided with slotted nozzles. Circular chamber is provided with holes; some holes are communicated with cavity of radial pipe lines and other holes are communicated with atmosphere through adjustment member. Horizontal pipe lines of even radial pipe lines are shifted relative to odd radial horizontal pipe lines. Sector structures are sectional in construction and circular chamber is located between parts of sector structures. Adjustable members are made in form of dampers kinematically linked with controls. EFFECT: increased cargo hoisting capacity; enhanced safety and maneuverability. 5 cl, 8 dwg
