SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of unmanned aerial vehicles. An unmanned aerial vehicle for vertical takeoff and landing contains a fuselage (1) having a nose, tail and middle parts, electric motors (6) with drive shafts (7) located in the middle part of the fuselage. The drive shafts (7) are kinematically connected to the fan axes (4) through gearboxes (8). The fans (4) are installed in the middle part of the fuselage (1) in such a way that they are able to create a fluid flow from the hole in the upper part of the fuselage in the direction from the fuselage to the sides. The wings (2) are closed at the ends by fairings (3) and are designed in such a way that the lifting force is created by the flow of fluid in the direction from the fuselage to the sides. The compressor (10) with receiver (11) are located in the rear part of the fuselage and are designed to supply compressed air to the control system nozzles (18) mounted on rods (17). The control system nozzles (18) are made of with the ability to control pitch, yaw and roll in all flight modes.

EFFECT: increase in the carrying capacity, efficiency and an increase in the duration of the flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle is provided.
