FIELD: heat-and-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant contains vacuum deaerator with, connected to it, pipelines for water being treated, deaerated water, vented steam, and heating agent (superheated water). The latter pipeline incorporates superheated water heater with, connected to it, heating medium pipeline, to which control device is connected. Plant is provided with superheated water temperature control device connected with deaerated water pH value sensor and with control device mounted on pipeline for heating medium of superheated water heater. EFFECT: optimized process and in improved carbon dioxide desorption quality due to maintaining optimum temperature of heating agent. 1 dwg
