FIELD: heat-and-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: process consists in desorption of water-dissolved carbon dioxide by bringing water being treated into contact with heating agent, in particular, superheated water that is heated prior to be fed into deaerator. Deaerated water and vented steam are then withdrawn from deaerator. Temperature of heating agent fed into deaerator is controlled in dependence of deaerated water pH value. EFFECT: optimized process and in improved carbon dioxide desorption quality due to maintaining optimum temperature of heating agent. 1 dwg
