Agent has alkyldimethylamine-oxide as an additional surface-active substance and sodium alkylarylsulfonates are used as sodium sulfonates. Composition viscosity is 700-3000 cP. Composition has the above indicated components at the following ratio, wt.-%: sodium alkylarylsulfonates 0.5-10; ethoxylated nonylphenols 1-20; alkyldimethylamine-oxide 0.1-10, and water - the rest.
