Cocking chamber is communicated with accumulation and return main line during operation stroke of striking piston. Device efficiency is increased due to reduced hydraulic resistance of fluid flowing from cocking chamber to accumulating hollow and exclusion of loss of energy carrier from accumulating chamber through striking piston-accumulator seal due to the fact than accumulator cylinder is made stepped and provided with piston and rod.
