FIELD: mining industry; applicable in development of technogenic placers of high-density minerals, for instance, gold, platinum, etc. SUBSTANCE: method includes planing of the ground, excavation of water inlet ditch in placer upper part to the strike and construction of retaining embankment and embankment of water lower level in lower on-dip part of placer with weir for regulation of level of flooding of formed ground. Water is supplied to water inlet ditch to fully flood the ground and to form free filtration flow in placer body at rate ensuring mechanical suffusion and to increase porosity of rock mass. In this case, particles of valuable component of high density migrate into concentrated bed on rock bed. Efficiency of migration process is increased by effect of energy of seismic waves of low intensity earthquakes. At onset of autumn period, the ground is drained and let for natural freezing during winter. In spring, the ground is flooded again. It results in loosening of rock argillaceous fraction and activation of migration of valuable components and concentration of bed on rock bed. Formed concentrated bed on rock bed of technogenic deposit is washed on washing unit. Barren rock overlaying the concentrated bed on rock bed is hauled to damp over the nearest path.
