FIELD: telecommunications. SUBSTANCE: method involves reception of message, which has encrypting synchronization unit and multiple encrypted units. Until first unit of multiple encrypted units is received without errors, method involves repeated generation of first key flow, which consists of encrypting synchronization parameters, and at least one unit of multiple encrypted units, and using first key flow for decoding multiple encrypted units which are received without errors until error occurs in reception of first unit of multiple encrypted units. Initialization unit is detected from message. When error occurs upon reception of first unit of multiple encrypted units, second message is transmitted by requesting of repeated transmission of first unit. When repeated transmission of first unit proceeds without errors, second key flow is generated taking into account initialization unit and repeated transmission of first unit. Repeated transmission of first unit is decrypted using second key flow. EFFECT: increased throughput capacity. 10 cl, 4 dwg
