Preparation has a mixture of 0.15-0.18% hydrogen peroxide solution at the dose 120-300 ml and licorice roots infusion (0.5-1.0 ml per 100 ml of hydrogen peroxide). Method of treatment involves intravenous infusion of the preparation, 10-15 infusions per a course at the rate 50-60 drops/min in each 1-3 days.
