FIELD: radio engineering; communication and navigation systems, mobile radio communication lines. SUBSTANCE: antenna of first design version has ground plane 1 in the form of conductors surface-mounted on cone of rotation, metal disk 2, and metal plate 8 mounted above metal disk. Coaxial feeder 3 is connected through one conductor to ground plane 1 and through other one, to metal disk 2 and to metal plate 8. These connections can be made using several circuit arrangements. Antenna of second design version has vertical conductor connected to metal plate and inductive reactance inserted in series with conductors forming ground plane. Antennas are capable of operation in two and three sub-ranges (versions 1 and 2, respectively). Antennas are suited to operate with linear and circular polarization. Optimal relations between dimensions of structural components and electric measurement results are given in description of invention. EFFECT: enlarged frequency range, improved matching characteristics. 11 cl, 10 dwg
