FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing part, guiding bushings and active member manufactured from titanium nickelide. The bearing part is manufactured as orthodontic crowns on two or more teeth. Active straight wire member is brought through horizontal guiding bearing bushings and a bushing fixed on the crown of a tooth to be moved. The bushing direction relative to the tooth axis is determined by a program for calculating its displacement. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in shifting teeth in vestibulo-oral, mesio-distal and vertical direction; low risk of caries; small size of the apparatus. 3 cl, 2 dwg
