FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two glossal shields and two vestibular shields having pattern space. The shields are connected to each other with wire arc having central bend. The lingual shields are connected to each other with omega-shaped loop and to vestibular shields by means of two wire processes. Wire arc connecting the vestibular shields has two additional lateral bends. The bends have physiologic shapes of lateral segments of upper dental row.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; eliminated harmful force influence of buccal and chewing muscles and glossal muscles.
