FIELD: measuring instruments, in particular, for heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: device has counter, voltage source, usage meter, bridge circuit with resistance thermometers of direct and inverse flow in adjacent arms, amplifier, gate, null detector, first AND gate, communication unit, thermoelectric generator, correcting device, temperature-compensation device, electric power accumulation unit and threshold gate. Outputs of usage meter are connected to power supply diagonal of bridge circuit. Output diagonal of bridge circuit is connected to gate through amplifier. Output of null detector is connected to control input of gate. Input of null detector is connected to power supply diagonal of bridge circuit. Thermoelectric generator, correction device and temperature-compensation device, electric power accumulation unit and threshold gate are connected in series. First input of first AND gate is connected to output of threshold gate. Second input of first AND gate is connected to communication unit. Output of communication unit is connected to input of counter. EFFECT: possibility to measure usage of heat without changes in design of heat-supplying networks and without mains voltage. 1 dwg
