FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame 1 with carrier wheels and beetle shake-off device mounted on frame. Beetle shake-off device has disk 9 and beetle gathering mechanism 13. Disk 9 has ridges 12 rigidly secured to it and provided with flexible teeth. Fork for joining frame 1 to carrier wheels has conical openings for retaining carrier wheel depending on height of potato plant in different positions. Beetle shake-off device has auxiliary disk 10 whose rotational speed is lower than that of disk 9 by two times. Frame 1 is composed of two half frames rigidly interconnected so as to allow adjustment of plant treatment parameters, in particular, those depending on plant row spacings. Carrier 15 is coupled through tie-rod 16 to beetle gathering mechanism 13, which has two interconnected troughs positioned one above the other. Recess is cut in central part of upper trough. EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of Colorado potato beetles and their larvae from plants and simplified construction. 4 dwg
