FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves reducing spastic hypertonic state by compressing neurovascular structures of an extremity before starting treatment. Compression state is achieved by means of flexible tourniquet or tonometer cuff applied. Compression duration is 1-2 min long. Then, training is carried out with biofeedback applied.
