FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to restorative medicine, medical rehabilitation, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for the rehabilitation of motor disorders in patients with cerebral palsy. To do this, before training with the ExoAtlet exoskeleton against the background of spa treatment, the severity of spasticity is assessed on the Ashworth scale and muscle strength is assessed on the MRS scale. With a spasticity level of 3-4 points and muscle strength indicators of 2-3 points, additional mud applications are applied to the affected limbs in form of “pants” for a course of 10 procedures every other day. After the pelopathy procedure, therapeutic exercises are performed for 30 minutes, for a course of 10 daily sessions. When muscle spasticity decreases to a level of 2 points and muscle strength increases to a level of 4 points, the patient begins training in the ExoAtlet exoskeleton with a course of 10 daily workouts.
EFFECT: method provides targeted stimulation of motor functions and improves the effectiveness of rehabilitation.
