FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering cedar oil on empty stomach daily. The oil is taken in position close to horizontal one with the body rotation concurrently done. Then mineral water of low mineral concentration is given at a daily dose of 150-450 ml. Microwave therapy of millimeter bandwidth is applied to the epigastrium region in the projection of the upper half of the postoperative cicatrix. Wavelength is equal to 5.6-7.1 mm. The total treatment course is 20-24 days long. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
