FIELD: medicine, surgical gynecology. SUBSTANCE: impact is carried out due to intracavitary headpiece introduced into vagina by directing magnetic system towards right-hand lateral arch for 4-5 min. Then headpiece is turned for the angle of 90 deg. clockwise to kept in this position for 4-5 min. Then headpiece is turned at the angle of 90 deg. more clockwise by directing magnetic system towards left-hand lateral arch and impact is performed in such position for 4-5 min at duration of daily procedures to be 12-15 min, at 8-10 procedures/course. Moreover, magnetic field is created with a system consisting of two magnets of lamellar shape located without any clearance in the same plane and facing to treated surface with unlike poles at induction of magnetic field to be 48-52 mTl. As sources one should apply light diodes, source of infrared radiation has wave length of 870 nm, power density being 18-20 mW/sq. cm, source of red radiation has wave length of 660 nm, power density - 3-4 mW/sq.cm.
