FIELD: hydrometallurgy of refractory metals. SUBSTANCE: method includes refining of sodium tungstate solution from impurities by holding it after neutralization to pH 8-9 for 2 h at 90 C, cooling down to 40-50 C, introduction of magnesium salts and settling. Tungsten is separated from refined solution by sorption. Desorption of tungsten from anionite is made with help of ammonia solution. Anionite after desorption is first washed with water, then treated with salt-containing sorption filtrate. Water after washing of anionite is used again in desorption of tungsten. EFFECT: higher refining efficiency and yield of tungsten. 1 ex
