METHOD FOR CREATION AND LIQUIDATION OF ISOLATING PARTITION Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for isolation of sections of underground mines at emergency operations. According to method, following operations are performed: installation of distributing manifold with inlet pipe union and outlet pipe union which are connected successively with source of delivery of working agent in the form of non-explosive crushing means, formation of body of isolating partition and delivery of non-explosive crushing means into distributing manifold for liquidation of partition. At formation of body of isolating partition, installed in shuttering of partition is receiving pipe with pipe unions for connection of radially installed pipes. At liquidation of partition, its body is heated by flow of gas delivered through radially installed pipes. Pipe unions of radially installed pipes are connected with plugging device located in receiving pipe. Non-explosive crushing means is injected into body of partition with discharge of internal gases through valves installed in pipe unions of distributing manifold. Application of method allows for reducing labour intensity in process of crushing of concrete cast partitions at re-activation of emergency sections of underground mines.
