FIELD: intensification of burning of solid fuels in furnace systems with layer combustion. SUBSTANCE: air duct is provided with revolving part located under fire grate of furnace system. Revolving part of air duct is provided with slotted nozzles for escape of air to form forced draft perpendicularly to plane of fire grate and two side opposite nozzles located at ends of revolving part of air duct; escape of air from these nozzles realizes torque which sets revolving part of air duct in rotation in plane parallel to fire grate. Such construction provides for realization of vibratory combustion in fluidized bed and considerable reduction of kinetic and diffusion resistance to supply of oxygen to ash and fuel layers, thus reducing chemical and physical incomplete combustion and coefficient of stoichiometric relationship. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of furnace of furnace system and its thermal stress; reduced area of hearth at the same productivity. 3 dwg
