SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of antenna detector of electric field and current amplifier, amplitude detector, and measuring circuit, which has voltage-to- frequency converter, which output is connected to first input of pulse counter, which output is connected to input of decoder, which is connected in parallel to indicator. In addition device has frequency correction circuit, which input is connected to output of current amplifier and which output is connected to input of amplitude detector. In addition device has threshold gate, which input is connected to output of amplitude detector and which output is connected to second input of pulse counter. EFFECT: elimination of errors caused by imperfect frequency response of antenna detector and amplifier, clipping application of fields, which intensity is not greater than 5 kV/m. 1 dwg
