FIELD: radio engineering; radio signal processing. SUBSTANCE: method is characterized in that pulse sequence is shaped from reference and radio-frequency pulses at duty factor equal to information pulse frequency, specimen is exposed to this sequence, echo signals are analyzed, and time space between exciting pulses is varied; minimal time space is set between reference and information radio-frequency pulses, new sequence is shaped by this pair of radio-frequency pulses, echo signals are recorded after each pair, and time delay is controlled by varying time space between pairs of radio-frequency pulses. EFFECT: enlarged time-delay control range. 1 cl, 2 dwg
