FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of production of biological preparations and can be used in plant protection from pests. Reproduction of cabbage moth is based on the use of positive phototaxis of caterpillar of 1-nd and 4-th instar and positive geotaxis of cabbage moth caterpillars of 5-th and 6-th instar realized on special equipment (conveyer line). This line provides production of 6200 pupas of cabbage moth from one conveyer as compared with 4 pupas in cabbage moth production on Petri dishes.
