FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has anchor orthodontic crowns on the mandible and maxilla, one of which is connected to a guide and the other one to a bushing having a sliding guiding member movably mounted inside it and a member for stopping its free travel. L-shaped guiding member is movably mounted on crown rods, its superior part having a number of openings and the inferior one being threaded , provided with locking nuts and freely slideably mounted in the bushing, the bushing being movably attached to the mandibular crown rods. EFFECT: restricted vertical, transverse and sagittal movements of the mandible; eliminated pathological symptoms; regained synchronous contractions of matched chewers; strengthened musculotendinous apparatus and articulation functions. 2 dwg
