FIELD: oil and gas production and corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to protection against corrosive high- mineralized two-phase media, including those containing hydrogen sulfide, to prevent failure of downhole equipment and reduction of number of pipeline outbreaks. Inhibitor is prepared by mixing fatty acids with polyethylene polyamine, agitation of mixture, and condensation reaction. As fatty acids, light tall oil supplemented by acetone is used. Condensation is carried out in two steps: first, at 100 C for 1 hr and, then, at 125-135 C for 2 hr, while simultaneously distilling off water.
