FIELD: operating equipment of excavating machines. SUBSTANCE: operating equipment has drive, dipper stick and bucket made of external and internal sections hinged to each other and to dipper stick and drive by means of tie-rods and bell-crank whose one arm is connected with internal section through tie-rod. Bell-crank and axle of rotation of internal section are secured in upper part of external section with displacement to axis of fastening of external section. Other arm of bell-crank is connected with drive and by means of tie rod, with dipper stick. EFFECT: reduced abrasive wear of hinge members of bucket drive, increased reliability and prolonged service life of operating equipment, improved working conditions on water-logged and sticky grounds. 1 dwg
