FIELD: manufacture of pumps for lifting liquids from wells; discharge of formation waters and production of oil. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes foundation, reversible ground drive on fixed base-trolley, drum, flexible tractive member, plunger connected with flexible tractive member and sealing device for flexible tractive member located at wellhead. Foundation is provided with strut fitted with guide rollers located on strut on opposite sides of flexible tractive member symmetrically relative to well axis. Axes of guide roller are parallel and are perpendicular relative to direction of motion of movable foundation-trolley. One guide roller is provided with flanges and second guide roller is arranged between flanges of first roller; strut is secured on foundation.
