FIELD: oil industry; lifting of oil from well, pumping out formation waters, recovery of different mineral deposits in liquid state located deep under ground. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has reversible ground drive with reduction gear on movable base-carriage. Drum with radial movable limiting rods is mounted on reduction gear shaft. Flexible pulling member is connected with drum being spirally wound on drum. Plunger is connected with flexible pulling member. Drum is provided with rim consisting of two semirings installed on drum between limiting rods. Rim semirings are fitted on drum with smooth inner surface for axial displacement and are interconnected at one end two-support joint containing two flat cheeks with holes and two shaped checks with steps and holes and cylindrical pin, and at other end, by double lock including two flat cheeks with threaded holes, two shaped cheeks with steps and plain holes, and two screws. At least one semiring has shaped slot of size and shape corresponding to those of fastening unit of flexible pulling member. EFFECT: enhanced safety and repairability. 5 cl, 5 dwg
