FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method and device for liquid heating by exposure to mechanical oscillations includes liquid delivery to impeller space, liquid draining into circular chamber formed by impeller and stator through number of impeller outlet holes and removal of liquid from circular chamber. In this case, experimental relations are observed: R = (1.05-1.28)K (mm), ΔR = (1.05-1.28)B (mm) and n = (3.6-4.1) K-15•106 (rpm), where R is radius of impeller peripheral surface; ΔR is radial size of circular chamber; n is impeller rotational speed; K is number of impeller outlet holes; B is whole number within 1-K/2.
