FIELD: devices for hydro-acoustic treatment of liquids by means of rotor-type hydro-dynamic exciter; power engineering; petrochemical, oil refining and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has impeller in form of load-bearing and cover disks and peripheral circular wall with outlet holes distributed over circumference; it is provided with front and end seals , stator having wall which is coaxial relative to impeller, inlet hole, circular resonance chamber formed by peripheral circular wall of impeller and coaxial wall of stator, receiving chamber communicated with circular resonance chamber and outlet hole of stator, inner loop for circulating of liquid from circular resonance chamber to impeller cavity. Receiving chamber is formed by inner surface of stator and outer surface of cover disk of impeller; circulating loop is formed by intermediate seal mounted before end seal and bypass holes found in load-bearing disk of impeller before intermediate seal.
