FIELD: household equipment. SUBSTANCE: vacuum cleaner has housing with inlet pipe, dust catcher, filter and vertical air intake unit which are positioned within housing and equipped with power supplying devices. Air intake unit and power supplying devices are made as separate module which may be readily withdrawn from housing through opening in housing upper part. Filter is made in the form of casing embracing above mentioned separate module and may be easily removed by user from housing through mentioned opening. Peripheral gap between filter and housing defines dust catching space. Outlet opening of vacuum cleaner is positioned in upper part of air intake unit module. EFFECT: simplified construction, convenient operation and maintenance, reduced noise level, improved repairability, and wider operational capabilities. 5 cl, 3 dwg
