FIELD: domestic equipment, in particular, dry cleaning of rooms.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum cleaner has casing with inlet and outlet openings and suction cavity connected to inlet opening of casing and to inlet opening of air suction unit arranged inside casing, preliminary cleaning device arranged inside suction cavity and connected with its inlet opening to inlet opening of casing, vessel filled with liquid and air channel joined to outlet opening of air suction unit. Channel axis is arranged at an angle to liquid surface. Nozzle is axially arranged inside air channel and is provided with jet oriented toward liquid surface. Outlet end of hydraulic pump is connected to jet. Casing has pressure cavity separated from suction cavity by partition and connected to casing inlet opening and via air channel to outlet opening of air suction unit. Vessel for liquid is mounted in pressure cavity and connected to hydraulic pump inlet end. During operation of vacuum cleaner, large-sized and small-sized dust and soil particles are retained by preliminary cleaning device while prevailing part of fine-dispersed particles are discharged into vessel with liquid owing to multiple increased probability of wetting.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved extent of filtering air discharged from vacuum cleaner.
