FIELD: disintegration and grinding of rocks. SUBSTANCE: grinder has cylindrical body with upper loading and lower unloading holes, working member on lower base, additional working member installed vertically and coaxially. Additional working member is made in the form of hollow upper rotor with stepped internal surface. Vertical wall of each step has baffle plates. Lower working member is stepped cone with radial ribs on each step. Steps of lower and upper rotors form working chamber. Working members have specified relative angular velocities of rotation. Baffle plates on internal surface of steps of upper working member are oriented square to direction of vector of pulse to lower working member. EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding. 1 dwg
