FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises sintering broken glass waste (85-99.3%) in molds mixed with filler (0.7-15.0%). In this case use is made of mixture of broken glass waste with polyfraction of equal or more than 7.0 mm, containing 6-30 % of fine fraction equal to or more than 1.0 mm and with moisture content of 8-20%. Filler includes heavy metal oxides, high-melting mineral powders, pigments as well as mixtures thereof. Decorative-and-facing material has uniformly colored surface with varied color range. EFFECT: reduced cost price of the plates.
