FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of drugs screening for selection of the preparation and its optimal dosage for treatment of individual patient. Selection of drug is carried out on the basis of results of culturing whole heparinized blood of patient in the presence of control aqueous solutions. Culturing is carried out at temperature about 37 C for 1 h. Preparation to be tested is added to blood sample at the dose corresponding 1: 5000 of therapeutic one. Ratio of SH- and SS-groups in patient blood cellular fraction is analyzed after culturing and preparation with the most ratio of SH- and SS-groups in cellular fraction of individual patient is selected as required preparation.
