SUBSTANCE: pneumatic cutter has knives 1, knife arms 2, pneumatic cylinder made in the form of case 4 with stem and compressed air source. Pneumatic cutter is further provided with bar having slide and control arm. Case 4 is equipped with guides. Arms 2 of knives are made S-shaped, are provided with rollers and pivotally connected with stem through plank 7. Pneumatic cylinder is communicated to compressed air source via auxiliary vessel provided with straps for fixing vessel on operator's back.
