FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of acute suppurative-necrotic processes of different etiology. Composition based on chemically immobilized bacterial protease from Bacillus subtilis (preparation "Profezim-10 ml") has 15.0 or 20.0 wt.-% of profezim as an active component and polyethylene glycol and glycerol as vehicle. Use of profezim-containing ointment decreases time of wound cleansing from necrosis by 6-8 days as compared with the use of analogous enzyme preparations, promotes to improvement of granulation tissue and the following fusion of autodermatransplant, shows effectiveness for burn wounds, bedsores and trophic ulcers cleansing from necrosis and accelerates preparing for surgery treatment by 4-6 days as compared with conventional methods of treatment.
