FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: proteolytic enzyme substance based on Protosubtilin GZH and a composition for purulent-necrotic wounds treatment are proposed. The proteolytic enzyme substance immobilized on chitosan activated by glutaraldehyde has an enzymatic activity of 17-19 units of neutral protease activity/g of wet weight. The composition for treatment of purulent-necrotic wounds contains the proteolytic enzyme substance based on Protosubtilin GZH as the main component, T-2 emulsifier, Tween 20 and 0.05% chlorhexidine bigluconate solution as the target additives, vaseline oil as a base.

EFFECT: increased purity of the proteolytic enzyme and increased wound healing properties of the composition.
