FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing curative preparations from immunized donor blood, in part, to methods of preparing human antidiphtheritic imuunoglobulin for intravenous administration. In 30 days after immunization with diphtheritic anatoxin blood is taken off in donors. Blood plasma with titer value of antidiphtheritic antibodies 1:160 and above is taken off and boiler mixture containing antidiphtheritic antibodies 1: 1280, not less, is formed. Then blood plasma is fractionated by alcohol method at low temperatures. The end product is obtained as solution of human antidiphtheritic immunoglobulin. Obtained preparation is homologous one, it shows high specificity and effectiveness in treatment of patients with diphtheria, especially in treatment of patients with enhanced sensitivity to heterologous protein and does not cause allergic complications.
